Nikki has worked for almost two decades as Executive Chef at restaurants in both New Zealand and California. Jennifer has many years' experience in managerial roles at various restaurants here in the South Bay, with event planning being her specialty. Both Nikki and Jennifer worked together for several years at Second City Bistro, in El Segundo - as Executive Chef and Front Of House manager respectively - but have now moved on, and teamed up to establish El Segundo's newest and most innovative catering company. We and our team look forward to being of service to you.
